At a young age I took an interest in shooting and quickly developed an interested in the mechanics of firearms. While completing my bachelors I wrote my senior research thesis titled Design, Development, and Adaptation of the M1 Garand Rifle. After completing my bachelors degree I moved to Colorado where I began a formal education in Gunsmithing at the Colorado School of Trades. After completing my Associates in Gunsmithing at the Colorado School of Trades I moved home where I re-entered the Tool & Die trade and began a degree in Mechanical Engineering. At this time I also formed Myers Arms LLC, an extension of my interest in machining and finely crafted firearms. .
I look to build lasting relationships with customers who demand quality workmanship. If I can help you build a project, restore a family heirloom, upgrade your working rifle, or repair and existing firearm, please email me. I look forward to hearing from you!
