Guarantee

All Myers Arms LLC produced products are guaranteed against material defects and workmanship, and they carry a life time warranty. Our guarantee is void if the product has been abused beyond normal wear and tear, or used beyond what are considered normal parameters for the product. If you do have a problem with your product, it will be left up to us whether to repair or replace damaged or defective items.

Warranty

All Myers Arms LLC produced products carry a limited warranty for the serviceable lifetime of the product. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects in materials, construction and to perform as advertised when maintained and used properly. Our Warranty does not cover normal signs of wear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use, improper modification, improper installation or lack of maintenance. We cannot cover lost fasteners or hardware under warranty, but we do sell those parts. Any product we determine to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. To receive warranty repair or replacement, the owner must send the product to us to be evaluated.  No other warranties are implied or expressed other than what is specifically stated here.

Privacy Policy

We won’t sell, trade, or share your personal information with anybody; it’s as simple as that. When you provide us your name, e-mail, phone number, address, credit card number, you can be assured we will not share it with anyone that doesn’t need it to process your order. We do reserve the right to permit official use of your information in the result of a subpoena.

Receipt of Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 5 days of receipt for cost free and headache free resolution. We will offer to repair or replace the item at no cost to you if we are contacted within the allotted time.

Multiple Website Orders

We do not refund shipping charges on multiple orders placed through our website on the same day, or different days. We ask that before you submit your order to be sure that you have all of the items you would like to purchase in your cart to prevent you from incurring multiple shipment charges.

30 Day Return Policy

Myers Arms LLC wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may return the unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs and a 3% restocking fee. Products can not have been installed, altered, or modified, in any way.

Steps for initiating a return:
1. Request an RA # (Return Authorization Number) by emailing
office@myersarms.com with your full name, order number, the item name
and quantity you would like to return, and why.
2. All returns MUST be accompanied by an RA # or they will not be accepted.
3. Include a copy of your original invoice.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund and
automatically apply a credit to your original method of payment.

Firearms Purchases

All firearms purchases require an FFL to be sent prior to the item being shipped.

USA Shipping

We currently ship USPS for all packages. We do our best to ship all orders within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

Due to the United States government's ever increasing movement towards fascism, dictating control over every aspect of the economy, the Bureau of Information and Security requires our products to  have a classification before they can determine if they are a threat to national security. BIS requires classification, application for licensing and permitting, prior to determination if licensing and permitting is required. Due to the over burdensome cost of this bureaucracy we do not ship outside the US at this time.
